How can I order the Jamster Value Club and how will I be billed?
To order the Jamster Value club on the website, please select a product first. You will then be prompted to enter your phone number and thereafter to text OK to 88 888. The charge for the Jamster Value Club will be deducted either from your prepaid balance or charged to your monthly bill, depending on your contract with your network operator.
In case you want to sign up for a club without using ordering a product, you also have the option to order a club by itself. Just go the homepage and click on the "Send me my product" at the top of the homepage near the words "Jamster Value Club" and follow the instructions.

What are my current club credits?
A) If you haven't logged in yet:
Click on "My Jamster" at the top of this page and enter your mobile phone number and password; then click on "Login". Your credit is listed under "Credits remaining this month".

B) If you have already logged in:
Click on "My Jamster" at the top of this page. Your credit is listed under "Credits remaining this month".

How can I cancel a club?
You can cancel your club(s) at anytime via any of the following ways:
1. Via the website

  • Go to "My Jamster" and A) if you haven't logged in yet:
    i. Click on "My Jamster" at the top of the page.
    ii. Enter your mobile number and password and click on "Login".
    iii. Click on "My clubs".
    iv. You will see an overview of your Jamster clubs.
    v. Click on "deactivate" right next to the club you want to cancel.

2. Via text messaging by sending a text message with the word stop to 88 888

4. Via the phone by calling Jamster customer service at 0870 1213186 (national rate)

Is there a notice period or a minimum membership term?
You can cancel a club at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately. Please note that the service can be shown again on your monthly invoice, as the network operators' bookings are back-dated.

Can I order individual content or do I have to order a club?
We currently do not sell individual content. You need to order an available Jamster club.

What happens if I want to order more content items than are included in my club?
Once credits for that month have been exhausted, no more items will be available until the following month. A message will appear notifying you that the requested item is not available at this time.

What if I want to order content that is not included in my club?
All ringtone, graphics and games content is part of our Jamster Value Club.

Can I still redeem my Legacy Club credits?
Yes. If you have Legacy Club credits, then you may use them to purchase additional content according the Terms & Conditions until you terminate your club.
